    ProsIt was great to work at eurocom because all the teams were good and very very talented.

    ConsI dont really have much cons to say about eurocom just filling up this space

    12 Years a Slave

    ProsGood people, made a lot of great friends
    Some very talented staff

    ConsNo possibility for promotion for anyone
    Unpaid involuntary overtime - often 15 hours or more per week!
    Staff treated like naughty children with ridiculous overbearing rules
    Clock watching culture, cannot go home until you've done your hours, not even a minute early even if you have no work to do.
    Terrible work life balance.

    Advice to Senior ManagementStart treating your staff with some respect
