    Pros

The company is very respectful of diversity and has multiple events to celebrate the diverse cultures. The people are very supportive of each other and go out of their way to help. The leadership team is open and available. If you are unhappy about something you can go and talk to the president. It's really true.

    Cons

There is not flexibilty for schedules. We have to work on weekends and sometimes evenings. If there could be more flexibility I would rate the company a 5.

    Advice to Management

The area has alot of traffic and delays in metro. I think the work can be done remotely and this would be very attractive to employees. Once you learn the work you can do it in the office or from home. It would be great if the company could offer work from home.

    Pros

Learning the world of international travel and how it applies to corporate america, and the employees

    Cons

Very unprofessional , not supportive of employees, not an established stepping to next level. Human rescousces acts oblivious to when an employee is set up to fail, but can manage to get rid of them. senior management does not valued its employees , they too are very unprofessional , in all departments, claims, customer service o, marketing and sales

    Advice to Management

Take professionalism classes, learn the value of being curteous to employees, and knowing their value as well as respect

    Pros

Most employees are friendly and there are some company events. Health insurance is decent as well as the vision plan. The job itself is not very difficult once you get past the initial learning period.

    Cons

Promotions are hard to come by, as it is a small company. There is no clear career path if you wish to stay with the company. They usually hire from outside. Pay for the current position is a little bit low and the hours are long.

    Pros

Good company, salary worthwhile. Truly employee oriented, trying to find the best match for the position. Benefits are nice, employee satisfaction rate is pretty high. Workplace nice,

    Cons

Be prepared for a lot of pressure if you aren't suited for your position, management is very demanding

    Advice to Management

Need to be clear in regards to conflicts with managers, ie take a position instead of waiting to see who wins in the fight
