Not a very good paymaster at junior level
Advice to Senior Management
Increase pay at junior level to attract good talent

Meritocracy, Equal Opportunity, Young and Energetic. The team of VPs and senior management is great and approachable. Right strategic focus of the company.

Long working hours sometimes. Employee engagement is something that the cmpany can work on a little more to make employees feel valued.

Advice to Senior Management
pay your employees well
Pros
Quality people at fresher level, overall ambiance is positive, good name in the market for their core work, less pressure
Cons
Unnecessary HR policies such as tie, less competitive environment so less chances of growth on skills, mismatch of job profile and people skills
Advice to Senior Management
would suggest to increase the investment of resources on employee's intellectual growth and provide them competitive atmosphere and thus to grow as per skills.
Pros
Good work is appreciated. One can grow quickly with the required abilities.
Cons
Too much of Nepotism from the Middle management. Therefore teams are not very good.
Advice to Senior Management
Please take care of middle management as well. You should know what is happening below you as well.
Pros
Interesting projects, if you are expressive / smart (good communication skills) and have good points the team will definitely hear your ideas. Client interaction and great peer relationships are the best part.
Cons
1. Work can get repetitive in some profiles, however many profiles are way better then IT jobs ( read Infy/TCS/Wipro types support and maintenance jobs)
2. Smart / intelligent / people friendly managers are quite few in number.
3. Lower than average pays, tokens of appreciation are as they say just tokens - no monetary benefits (for example, on the 10th anniversary of the company we just got a flask and notebook, no monetary rewards on good performance)
Advice to Senior Management
Innovate on the business model, its now 10 year old and the field has many competitors and me-toos offering similar services, please reduce the shift timings to standard 9 hours and reintroduce transport
Pros
Good exposure, visibility in the market, challenging environment, rewarding (in the longer term) for those who are willing to get their hands dirty and persist with honest efforts
Cons
Disparity in pay scales, not just at the peer level, but even across levels. For example, the highest paid Level 2 employee at a salary higher than an average paid Level 3 employee.
Not as meritocratic as it would like to project itself to be.
Advice to Senior Management
Be more proactive not just in delivering to client needs, but also in adopting newer technologies and being receptive to trying out new ways of working.
Pros
Good people, good learning experience,
Support for new hirees,
Steep learning curve (good for some - motivational)
Good exposure to international markets
Cons
Conpensation not great
HR really slow
Huge difference in compensations, despite similar qualifications and experience
Too client driven (occasional client is god attitude)
Advice to Senior Management
Get a new office, single building, the company is quite big now
A little more structure, especially with hiring and pay
