Pros
Very good focus on people development and thought leadership
Cons
Not a very good paymaster at junior level
Advice to Senior Management
Increase pay at junior level to attract good talent
Pros
Meritocracy, Equal Opportunity, Young and Energetic. The team of VPs and senior management is great and approachable. Right strategic focus of the company.
Cons
Long working hours sometimes. Employee engagement is something that the cmpany can work on a little more to make employees feel valued.
Advice to Senior Management
Overall good job. Improve employee engagement a little by acknowledging through monetary means.
Pros
work close with big names, know the culture and working style
Cons
offshore assistant, large work load, long working hours, overall package
Advice to Senior Management
good trainning program provided, need more channel to communicate b/w management and employees
Pros
1. You can define your own work style and work timings (in discussion with your manager)
2. Reconizes efforts by individuals
3. Open culture. You can approach anyone if you have questions.
4. Good salary structure
Cons
1. No trainings at managers and above apart from generic HR trainings or once a year some random training. HR is mere a recruitment function.
2. No personal goal setting at the start of the year, hence evaluation remain a mystery till the end
3. Organisation wide strategy is talked about but is missing at ground level. No clear separation of responsibilities.
4. Salary at junior levels and weird salary bands (sometimes manager is getting less than an analyst)
5. Old computer systems (some are way back from 2005) and arachic IT.
6. Work gets repetitive after some time.
Advice to Senior Management
There is more to a salary that a person is looking at. Make HR a very strong independent function. One of senior person should be based out of India.
Pros
Very co-operative and hard working team
Good Trainner
Flexible time shedule
Cons
Salary is not as per expectation...
Pros
Tight schedules which habituate you work in fast paced and dynamic environment
Cons
Your work is not always converted to considerable compensation
Advice to Senior Management
Try to identify and retain those employees who put 100% effort for company's growth.
Pros
Good for the initiaL START of career, good work life balance
Cons
Not the place where you would want to stay for long
Advice to Senior Management
pay your employees well
Pros
The flexibility that Evalueserve offers to fulfil employees' apetite for diverse learning opportunities is a noteworthy proposition. In addition, people generally are friendly and red tapism is missing for the most part. I would recommend Evalueserve highly for entry positions.
Cons
The salary is quite disappointing and does not match the industry standard. In addition, the disparity of salary for similar positions across the organization reveals not very amusing facet of the company. Company does not focus much employees' work and personal life balance. Mandatory long working hours are frustrating. Even if you have no work, it does not help to stay 10 hours in office.
Advice to Senior Management
Focus on employees. The dissatisfaction level is beyond the exec. team's comprehension. The mid-management is quite incompetent for the most part of the organzation which does not boost the morale of larger workforce.
Pros
Quality people at fresher level, overall ambiance is positive, good name in the market for their core work, less pressure
Cons
Unnecessary HR policies such as tie, less competitive environment so less chances of growth on skills, mismatch of job profile and people skills
Advice to Senior Management
would suggest to increase the investment of resources on employee's intellectual growth and provide them competitive atmosphere and thus to grow as per skills.
Pros
Good work is appreciated. One can grow quickly with the required abilities.
Cons
Too much of Nepotism from the Middle management. Therefore teams are not very good.
Advice to Senior Management
Please take care of middle management as well. You should know what is happening below you as well.
