    Pros

Big Brand name in KPO, nothing more than that. because they earn revenue by sucking blood of employees.

    Cons

Countless cons. VERY High level of politics, extremely clever and illogical managers& SBAs, too many IT issues, work pressure is worst than a sales job, managers intoxicated with money and position, young crowd too much empowered, and so on. Company focused at only graduates who are specially from Delhi University and aimless engineers who do not know why they did bachelors in engineering and came to do googling in EVS. Worst company for experienced and post graduate people. Retained SBAs and managers are simply dumb coz they do not have option in any other company. The company does not provide any other facility except shuttle service and salary. Food, cab facility, health insurance, financial incentives and widely accepted research certifications are a "BIG NO" in EVS, so a little better salary does not make any difference here. Hardly any good experienced employee stays here for a year. Recently company has been recruiting more dumb employees to save on salaries. EVS is a battlefield where employees work and fight for productive hours. As I told in beginning, cons are countless.....so EVS is no better than any BPO, it believes in only Googling coz google is free!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

No use of advising because all of them are intoxicated!
