work close with big names, know the culture and working style

good trainning program provided, need more channel to communicate b/w management and employees

Young employees with diverse of background and culture, a place that new grads can make a lot of peer friends

unless choosing a career of patent agent, not a wise choice for your first job
bad package when under bad economy
HR plays tricks to take as much advantage of you as he can.
achievement is not adequately recognized
a super high rate of turnover, which is worse, they don't care, they can always find new grads asking for less to replace you
too much overtime work without payment or recognition

have a much mature hr team
pay attention to employee welfare
be aware that employee royalty is important
have a more efficient evaluation system which can efficiently report not only subordinates, but also project managers

Ok place to start work. Good place to learn knowledges, for IR only. Good place to enter the financial industry
Cons
Lower Payment, similar to all oursoucing company. Not well structured. Management still need to improve their way to make a decision
