    Pros

Great pay, great hours, awesome dress code, very friendly co-workers and a fantastic management team. I love coming to work daily.

    Cons

I haven't found them yet, and compared to the other bank I've worked at there are way worse places to be.

    Advice to Management

    Keep everything rolling strong.

    Pros

Competitive pay (in my area), great benefits (health and tuition reimbursement), great schedule

    Cons

No upward mobility at all - it's like a wall that you can't break through; some managers are great - some are not worth anything. (mine is a real jerk- not a professional term, but it describes him)

    Advice to Management

Ask your employees for their opinion and then actually LISTEN to your employees. You can manage a report all day long, but listen to the people who do the job.

  6. RUN before you get stuck in a dead end job with bullies for management

    Pros

HMMM let me thing about this. NONE.... unless you are 400 lbs and like to bully people, threaten people, pretend that you have knowledge, and smoke 3 packs of cigarettes every day while your staff doesn't have time to even take a break, while working 10 hour days.

    Cons

Where would I start? The gossiping about staff IN FRONT OF THEM, the non existent praise or positive words despite hard work and knowledge. When review time comes you are awarded with a 1% raise IF you are so lucky. After all, no ONE can get a "perfect review" 1% REALLY? This is after the CEO sends out quarterly emails about the millions of dollars in profits the company makes per quarter. You could be at your desk AT 7 working, leave at 5 and take a 30 minute lunch and its STILL not good enough.

    Advice to Management

Go to training classes on banking 101, management, communication, speaking to people in a respectful manner. Do not be threatened by staff if they are good, stop tearing them down. A good staff makes management look BETTER, so stop trying to throw your staff under a bus. Managers should be role models, instead I look to my previous manager as everything NOT to do in my future career path.

    Pros

Off on weekends and most holidays.

    Cons

Pay was terrible and company spent more money making themselves look good rather than helping employees obtain a livable wage, like most corporations. Horrible management; those who held authority positions would encourage bullying. Company would reward poor workers who threw good workers under the bus.

    Advice to Management

Stop socializing with every other authority figure and quit berating your employees! You are the reason morale was always down every single day for the last 5 years!

    Pros

    Flexible schedule that allowed telecommuting.

    Cons

    Poor culture in most offices/departments
Lack of communication at corporate level
Career advancement is given lip-service but not acted upon

    Advice to Management

Live the corporate values that are advertised and value your people.

There is really none to mention. It was a waste of my time.

    Cons

The people were rude and stuck up.

    Advice to Management
