    Pros

    Decent Pay Friendly Co Workers

    Cons

Micro Managed, Unprofessional, They provide you with false information and false hope. They are struggling to stay open cause they are liars and don't operate with proper or good work ethics.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Go ahead and just shut the school down like you have the other 10 campuses that have been shut down due to all the bad publicity and lawsuits

    I worked at Everest College

    Pros

Diverse culture as evidenced by students and faculty. The students were eagerly willing achieve their education goals. The environment is conducive for learning.

    Cons

The location is distance away. The administration was not very respectful to its employees. The leadership style was autocratic in nature.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Provide incentives that would attract the best and the brightest. Leadership should embrace the participatory form of leadership style.

I have been working at Everest College part-time for more than a year

    Pros

The staff is organized and friendly, the course curriculum is up to standard. The Career Services try their best to make sure that students with perfect attendance have jobs upon completion of their course. In short Everest is student and community friendly.

    Cons

Dealing with at risk students. Those who may want to drop out as soon as they come in.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Everest should continue reaching out to those communities where young people think they do not have hope. This will go a long way of fulfilling the slogan: "We in Everest do care and do change lives. These communities are Culver City, Crenshaw, Manchester and south central

I have been working at Everest College

    Pros

It's very student oriented and focus. The students future is our truest concern.

    Cons

All about the #'s, and the employees are being neglected.

I worked at Everest College full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Salary, made great life long friends! Commute was ok. Office location.

    Cons

Hours worked! No flexibility with schedule, set days with late nights till 8PM, and system used to clock in and out was slowwwww!
Working soooo many weekends out of the month! No higher ups volunteering to work for staff, on a weekend needed off. Pretty much forced to do whatever they asked and no questions asked environment. A TON of dishonesty from directors and up, secrets and things not told to employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat and trust your people! There was so much good talent working in my location as well as others, and we weren't treated like human beings, but made to work like each student was indeed a number!! All they cared about was numbers, conversion rates and percentages, and giving staff a hard time for any and every personal life concern!! Not treated as people with real feelings and hardships.
My advice to them, if they get the opportunity to run any business again after the current state of the company which seems to be bankruptcy, do things differently, and perhaps this could be avoided!
