    Pros

    I worked in Career Services and I liked how the company truly wanted to help the students/graduates with interview skills & trying to find a job in their field of study.

    Cons

    The pay wasn't great & raises were non-existent in the time I was there (1 1/2 yrs). Was treated as a salesperson, but not paid like one.

    Teaching the students who are motivated to learn

    Teaching students who have been accepted into a college program, but who do not have the skills they need to succeed at the college level

    great way to gain experience in education field

    Cons

    The only bad thing is they closing all of the Illinois campus.

    Advice to Management

    Keep your employees inform on what's going on with the company and be truthful about it.

    Students students students are the best keeps you motivated to do what you can to help them achieve academic success

    upper management needs to stop focusing on how many chairs they can fill and focus on ensuring those they enroll will be sucessful.

    The students behind those numbers are real. make decisions based on student success

    Pros

    getting paid while i sit on my couch all day is very nice. never have to show up or answer to stupid bosses

    Cons

    only getting paid until july, after that we will be on our own. maybe get a job and get double pay? i just bought a trip, a ps4 and a massage. i need to cut down my spending so hard with so much free time

    i really do not have any thing to say to managers and i am just hoping to reach the 30 word min that is required for these to get lifetime access

    Great learning experience. The hourly pay is good. The benefits are good.

    Pros

    Get to work with and help people with resumes, mock interviewing and job searching. Great helping students find jobs in their field.

    Cons

    Employee morale down, management says one thing but does another. never ending battle to help students find jobs in their fields.

    Advice to Management

    Treat your employee with respect. Don't accept excuses from the ones who are not doing their job. When the job does get done, reward your employees
