Pros – All processes are transparent & fast.

Cons – I can not think of any cons with this company

Pros – I have been working with everest from past 3 years. I had not faced any issue with them so far. they pay you on time biweekly. they do proper documentation for h1 and other. etc....

Cons – For consulting jobs its difficult to negotiate the percentage basis.

Cons – dont care about employees only the timesheets

Cons – All the projects are though 3rd party, no direct clients.

Advice to Senior Management – Work on clinching direct client projects.

Cons – Not a direct vendor to any companies/ direct clients.

Pros – Good community, great friends, the boss is dependable and the income is very satisfactory and I would work again in this companh.

Cons – The hours were very long and I came home very late for many weekends and ate dinner very late so it would be better if my schedule was shortened.

Advice to Senior Management – Be sure you know what the company mission is and learn to meet friends the first time you're there so that you can fit in well.
