    Unethical

    Pros

Nothing positive to say at all.

    Cons

I worked as an online instructor for almost 4 years. I had over 10 supervisors to turnover and restructuring. What is most upsetting is the last minute expectations expected of faculty. For example, a form will be required to be sent within 24 hours, and if it isn't submitted on time, you're fired. The threat of loss of employment is consistently used as a management tool. The classes are rigorous enough to be considered college-level courses. To force more students to stay at the college and not flunk out, instructors are required to allow late assignments to be accepted even though they're months late. Procedures such as this one are unethical and not fair to students.

    Pros

The only good thing I can say about this company...it is closing it's doors in Colorado Springs. What would be better if it was run out of the country. It is a company that does not care for it's employees or their students. The only thing they want is the money the student get from the government. The upper management should be put in the same cell with "Bernie" Madoff.

    Cons

The pay, management, all the directors in the Colorado Springs office. At least they don't have there jobs anymore.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Close you so call colleges.

    Pros

The hours are great, the pay is good for what you are doing and fantastic coworkers...The directors and upper management need more leadership and communication skills..

    Cons

Unstable, micromanaged, cliques, very unorganized. ..probably why they have all the issuesnow

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

In your next positions be able to relate more to your employees and not just when you realize you are losing your job also..

    Pros

I love this job. Management and coworkers are very open and easy to work with. It was fun to come to work every day.

    Cons

You never know if you are going to have a job the next day as higher education is shakey these days.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The higher ups could have listened and interacted with the production workers a bit more and listened to us better.

    Pros

Working relationships with co-workers and peers

    Cons

Everything...nepotism at it's finest. It is a good ole boys club (though not gender based). People get promoted based on who their friends are or who their family is. There are so many individuals postions in which they are not qualified to hold, they do not have experience, nor do they hold the degree or credential that most would need to even be considered for the position. In any other organization, they would not even make it past a general interview/resume filter..

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

How about you hire people who are qualified instead of your friends or family!
