    Pros

    Excellent job to work always a happy place well trained and they show there employees how much they appreciate us. I will totally recommend it.

    Cons

    Sometimes it can be difficult the students aren't always a good fit and the long hours can be draining as well and certain holidays they don't always.

    Advice to Management

    be more involved with your employees and take some of there opinions to make it a better working machine.

    Pros

    The best reason was able to help students achieve their goal. And knowing they needed my assistance for they could be happy made me very happy.

    Cons

    There was allot of challenging in Everest. When working will student loans you needed to meet a deadline and when you have over 400 students it hard but not impossible.

    Advice to Management

    I advice the Management to support more there team make them feel appreciated for there work.

    Pick up your game and surround yourself with talent. 5 years on the job doesn't mean you have 5 years of experience. Keep your head up with the changing environment or get left behind. It's not too late to start winning but you need to start today.

    The students academic success affects your annual reviews, so it's best to stay on top of their activities.

    Pros

    I love this job. Management and coworkers are very open and easy to work with. It was fun to come to work every day.

    Cons

    You never know if you are going to have a job the next day as higher education is shakey these days.

    Advice to Management

    The higher ups could have listened and interacted with the production workers a bit more and listened to us better.

    Pros

    Being able to make a difference in changing a person's life for the better. Giving them hope and confidence to accept they can become better and that it takes hard work to achieve excellence. I also enjoy working with people in various culture and diverse background.

    Pros

    Registrar team is amazing and highly competent, working to maintain accuracy in records. Pay is competitive. Extensive orientation training is provided.

    Cons

    Company overall has fluctuations in hiring and availability of overtime. Much criticism about nature of the business. Admissions and Financial Aid staff generally unhappy with standard practices, etc.
