Pros – 1) You will get your own office in this small business
2) If you are a lawyer, you will have plenty of opportunities to spend time in court
3) Communication between employees is open and honest
Cons – 1) There are no many downsides other than Everett Law Firm being a very small business so there are no many opportunities for growth. It also seems like you can get stuck into a routine doing the same things day to day.
Advice to Senior Management – There is no need to micromanage so much. I understand you cannot trust employees; however, if the hiring process was more stringent, it might be possible to get people that more reliable.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
Pros – The people who work here are very friendly
Cons – Out of state management is clueless to the day to day operation
Pros – You will learn traffic law and know it better than 98% of attorneys licensed in the state. The owner works remotely but is overall a good guy. Some people don't like him, but then some people are just some people.
Cons – Low pay, poor benefits, you learn everything there is to know about traffic law in about a week.
Advice to Senior Management – No advice. The firm is what it is and makes no promises.
