I have been working at Evolusent full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Working for Evolusent has been one of the biggest learning experiences of my life. There is huge potential for career advancement and the CEO is very innovative. The company provides flexible hours allowing me time to have a very nice work/home life balance. There are always new and exciting projects to work on, and the atmosphere is quite laid back.

    Cons

With regard to the work environment, i find it hard to find any cons, however some of the technology in use, while functional, is older and needs to be updated.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Update the companies current offerings to make use of newer more efficient technologies.

I have been working at Evolusent full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

I've worked at Evolusent for several years within various departments in amazing roles.

    PROS:
    - If you are an individual who is self driven and open to knowledge this is the place for you.
    - I've taken on many different roles as opportunities became available, I not only was able to contribute to the company, but I gained an abundance of knowledge as well.
    - As an organization, Evolusent is constantly focused being on the leading edge of tech solutions — I love this! Especially in the rapidly evolving 'tech-centric' world we live in.
    - You are treated like an adult, no baby sitting by management.
    - Flex work life balance is their style.
    - Results driven organization.

    Cons

    CONS:
    - If you need to be lead ever step of the way, there is no hand holding here.
    - There is no room for immaturity here., sorry this is a mature, professional working environment.

I worked at Evolusent full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    They stock the beer sometimes.
You can wear t-shirts to work.
    Swearing is okay.

    Cons

Driven by men who seem to only care about being "hurrah" fanboys to their CEO's ideas.
Complete lack of focus. They'll work on a project for a few months, only to have another "brilliant" idea, and never follow through.
They support a horrible in-house software suite. It should never have been made, They'll work your soul to the bone.
Really, really bad timelines for projects. The "management" seem to have no idea what they're doing, and only manage to stick to the company because they're family.
Good luck getting paid. Some people went >3 months without a paycheque, and a promise each time they neglected to add them to payroll.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your workers. Ask questions. Care.
    STOP HIRING FAMILY AS MANAGEMENT.
