    Pros

    There are no pros whatsoever

    Cons

A very unprofessional, and unreliable company. Examinectics has no concept of what a business is, and/or how to run a company. I advise anyone and everyone who needs a company such as examinetics to keep looking and keep running. Our company will NEVER use them again. Horrible.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    NEVER use this company

    Pros

if you are field staff the travel can be enjoyable

    Cons

too much travel, no appreciation, poor HR interactions, supervisors are not available for help.

The sales group does well to secure work, but the mid level doesn't seem to care about doing well, just getting the job done. Clients are unhappy and if you try to let the office know how to improve services they make you feel like you are a hassle and they don't seem to understand the job themselves. They are such a large provider with clients locked into contracts you wonder if they even are about the quality at all or just the money coming in.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be aware of how things are going on all levels.

I have been working at Examinetics as a contractor (more than a year)

    Pros

    Seeing the countryside, exploring America
Easy to save up money, most of the expenses are covered (hotels, clothes, food)

    Cons

Long time away from family and friends, work 48 weeks of the year.
There is a some management issues that trickle down to the workers on the road.
The job can become monotonous, there is little variation in day to day.
Oddly scheduled hours make for rough sleeping at times.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make sure you take care of those who work for you.

I have been working at Examinetics

    Pros

Other staff (not management) great to work with.

    Cons

On a one-way train to serfdom. Fosters the "you're lucky you have a job" attitude.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Replace most of senior management.

    I worked at Examinetics

    Pros

Most co-workers are dedicated friendly people.
Some middle managers are also dedicated, friendly people.

    Cons

    Very little room for advancement.
Very much a good old boys club in upper management.
Company objectives, failures, successes are kept from anyone not in management.
    No pay increases for years.
"Down-sizing" putting more work on less people with no additional compensation.
Constant concern about keeping the job even if a stellar performer.
Pay and benefits low - many not able to afford company health insurance.
    No 401K matching.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Promote from within. There are very competent individuals who deserve the chance offered to "outsiders."
