ProsPay, prestige of working for the USAO, training opportunities, the National Advocacy Center (NAC), lateral and promotion opportunities within the Department of Justice, and the opportunity to meet some really smart individuals

ConsInability of management to make decisions, quality of worklife balance, not having a telecommuting policy in place, lack of promotion opportunities for non-attorney employees, inconsistency in policy, lack of managerial diversity, and frequent managerial turnover

Advice to Senior ManagementIncrease the flow of communication between management and the support staff so they feel informed and valued, and create a Diversity policy.
