Current Employee – been working at Executrade
Pros – The people at Executrade have a culture of collaboration not competition - it is a team and family approach to the recruiting business
People come first, social loafing is not supported, but people and their needs as employees, candidates or clients take center stage
Cons – Executrade is a changing organisation - contestant improvement and growth - some people do not deal with change well, even if it is positive and beneficial
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Current Employee – been working at Executrade full-time
Pros – small company feel
have had a good name in the business
Cons – The son has taken over after the father built it and he has no clue how to run a business. Very reactionary and poor leadership decisions. They rely on the name they build to attract clients and unfortunately this does not work as clients are starting to realize there are better organizations out there. Old and slow recruiting ideas do not work in today’s business atmosphere. If they were not in Alberta they would not exist.
Advice to Senior Management – look forward and stop relying on your name to do business.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
