I worked at Exel full-time for more than 5 years

Fortune 50 customers, great people in the organization, opportunity for responsibility, daily challenges.

Leadership repeatedly makes firm commitments regarding compensation, but does not deliver explaining that internal politics and corporate restrictions get in the way. This would be understandable once or twice, but over time it was observed to be the MO of the organization happening to various individuals at various sites in differing business units.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep your commitments. If you can not deliver on something, then don't promise it. This would be a fantastic job and company if the organization was trustworthy.
