    Pros

Exel was a great stepping stone, for me, into logistics management. There is ample opportunities to grow within Exel. The health benefits were by far the best of any company I've ever worked for.

    Cons

Pay is below scale for management positions. While there is room to grow it seems to be more about who you know and not what you know. Other employee's were given positions, that they weren't qualified for, just because they had worked with "so and so" in previous roles.

    Advice to Management

Open up dialect more between upper management and lower management (exposure is the best way).
Keep in open mind when looking to hire from within, don't have tunnel vision on one person and one person only.

  7. It was a decent temporary job.

    Pros

Lots of opportunity for overtime, work closely with coworkers, abilities to move up in company

    Cons

Minimal breaks, management can be quite unmotivating, physically demanding, work can be tedious

    Advice to Management

Take the advice of the workers more, many people presented good ideas that where never put in place and made life more difficult for them.
