    Cons

    Being a large, established global company owned by DHL, there are a lot fo outdated processes and red tape to go through to get anything done
    Base pay is not in line with marketplace, especially considering lack of work-life balance
    Not enough importance placed on IT. IT is treated like an annoyance rather than a valuable investment.

    They expect lots of hours, no work life balance. Hourly employees are treated as disposable.

    The managers were very laid back, no one was breathing down my neck for projects. All the people are really nice as well.

    Cons

    I would've like more work, a lot of times there wasn't much to do, anything meaningful anyways.

    Great people
    Management team very competent
    Good information sharing from management team
    Willing to invest in the business - technology, training, etc.

    Cons

    Limited career advancement opportunities for functional team members
    Does not take advantage of being part of the huge organization of Deustche Post-DHL
    Process and direction from DP-DHL can get in the way
    Training and development of team is basically lip service - plenty of resources but not afforded time for personal development

    spread to thin in certain areas
    lack of cross sector partnership
    dissapointing

    Need to leverage size and breadth of company to offer better solutions. At times business units and sectors ran seperately with out any partnership
