    Pros

Client is the leader in the Industry & this is their selling proposition while hiring somebody new. One gets opportunity to work on multiple technology which is good.

    Cons

Less salary given the cost of living in the area. Some times work becomes too hectic. Things are escalated pretty quickly, be careful :)

I worked at Exilant Technologies full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

CXO Level relationship so continuous flow of work irrespective of quality of work delivered

Work on Apple technologies (although 95% of work is standard maintenance)

    Cons

Commitments not honored to multiple 'pillars' of company - initial contributors left either for better opportunities or because they were let down by the company by promising the moon and they shying away from paying when they become successful.

Single client dependency despite story of leaders in 'product development'. If the "1" client decides to pull the plug, there is no way the company can survive without a mass layoff.

My way or highway senior management attitude. Lack of professionalism. This was not because of an inability to be nice, as they could come across totally different to the client managers. Just a question of whether they are/were willing to make the effort for the employees.

Company pushed for growth by 1 director out of many. Felt like others were there just for the ride rathe than doing any work.

Interview process is average. Most of technical team is placed in Apple

    Cons
