Avoid Exova unless you are desperate

Technology (Former Employee) Mississauga, ON (Canada)

ProsBenefits (Health/Dental/Vision) were good. Majority of co-workers were quite friendly and interesting. Location is pretty decent for driving commuters. Not much overtime.

Advice to Senior ManagementInvest in your employees. Hire based on what someone can bring to the company, and not how cheap you can get them.
