ProsCEO is an exceptional leader and helps individuals get great results. Practice what they preach as far as coaching and training internal employees.

ConsWhile everyone in the company is great, there is not a lot of chances to collaborate on multiple projects in person.

Advice to Senior ManagementContinue to develop areas and build synergy with other companies

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Great firm with stellar management, good compensation for sales professionals

ProsThe executive management team are everything that a sales person would want them to be. Ethical. Fair. Competent. Good communicators. Excellent sales training, both initially and ongoing. The commissions are generous. The leads provided to the sales team are highly qualified. Inside sales primarily, with outside sales as an option through in person event promotion, networking. Plenty of leads to simply respond to email and phone inquiries if you don't want to go out. Have the ability/option to start work early (6am) and call the east coast and be home by 2:30pm... great when you have kids returning home from school. Good culture, mature, fun people. Pleasant work environment. No cap on income.

ConsThe base salary is comparatively low, but, the quality and quantity of qualified leads makes up for it as most of everyone's income comes from commissions. The sales cycle can be long for some clients. Sometimes have to work weekends for seminar/event sales. No medical benefits yet.

Advice to Senior ManagementNeed to carefully select sales people with lots of experience in B2B and particularly lots of sales training in previous employment. Not an entry-level opportunity.
