    Pros

A lot of smart people. Great benefits. Casual atmosphere.
Good work ethic to "do what it takes to get it done."

    Cons

Extremely political environment. promotions are based upon favoritism, not competency.
Priorities and strategy constantly changes; communication to broader team often lags management decisions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management does a good job at focusing on bottom line, good strategic thinking. A little short-sighted at times.

I have been working at Experian Interactive Media

    Pros

Fun company events. Reasonable pay. Great benefits. Lots of giveaway goodies. The people are the best!

    Cons

Extremely political depending on your department. Most of executive management is great but there are a couple monsters.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Much is done in the name of providing a good culture. Some embrace this. Some do not. Executive management should look inward and decide if they are conducting themselves in a way that is consistent with a positive culture. Not just in their own business, but in outside businesses they interact with as well. Company personality is dictated from the top.

new management took over about a year ago. it's a downhill ride since then. there is absolutely no respect to employee's opinions or personal life. everyone suddenly became an easily replaceable number.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice
