    Pros

Great atmosphere, loads of similarly minded people who are happy to help you out with anything. People regularly go for beers after work and there is a free bus into town to go shopping at lunch if you wish.
The culture is that as long as you do your work well, you can be flexible with your hours. The majority of the office left at 3pm on a friday, which was always nice!
Pay was also above average for my role in the regions.

    Cons

Very few cons, I loved my time at Experian!

    Pros

    Opportunity to develop
Actively encouraged to progress, particularly if you drive yourself forward
    Opportunity for global mobility
    Great co-workers
    Good working culture
    BUPA
Opportunity to invest in share save scheme

    Cons

    Lots of silo'd business units
Can be difficult to find out who you need to speak with unless you have a good network of contacts
Different divisions working separately as opposed to one seamless united front, unless the client is a strategic client

    Advice to Management

Ensure opportunity to learn about all aspects of the business is actively encouraged
Maybe strip out some of the many layers in some of the business units
Give some people job titles that accurately reflect what they do

    Pros

The company culture is very friendly, and the employees are easy to work with. The intern projects are meaningful and utilized by upper management. There are also many networking opportunities to meet the directors and managers. Employees are treated to many company outings throughout the summer.

    Cons

At times there was a lack of direction and management. A mentor program would have been very beneficial to me.
