    I have been working at Experian pH full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Enjoyable office atmosphere - openminded and sociable colleagues.
    Good exposure to a range of industries and methodologies.
    Lots of autonomy in how you do things and get things done.
    Growing firm so lots of opportunity for progression.

    Cons

    Very little official training - often have to teach yourself.
    Career paths not well defined - not often clear what is required to progress.
    IT systems are not good enough.
    Depending on the role salary can be low.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Fix the IT infrastructure. Make it clear what is needed to progress careers. Offer more regular feedback.

    I have been working at Experian pH full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Good experience with various projects being worked on.
    Small Company feel with great team spirit.
    Growth can be good at lower levels.

    Cons

    Company is middle heavy, not much progressing after a certain point. Not clear is what is needed for progression.
    Lack of Career development plans and lack of HR support.
