    Pros

Great atmosphere, superb learning experience, great culture, and absolutely no dress code

    Cons

Unreasonable working hours, unwillingness to participate in a team effort, consistent donkey work, lack of quick approval, absolutely no motivation to cross-trained people.

    Advice to Management

Please implement a cap on the number of hours to be put in during a week. Coming in at 2 pm and staying till 12 am does not solve anything. Team members always let one person do everything. They delay on approvals and then blame it on the little guy. Please rectify this. There is an urgent need of a QC guy who can read through all the stuff that gets written in a day. We writers generally handle more than one client, so we make mistakes. This results in an unprecedented backlash from the client.

    Negative Outlook

    Pros

+ Some opportunity to learn still exists
+ Not too bad for freshers

    Cons

    - Team leads are biased and bossy, they behave one way in front of the CEO and another behind his back. Having said that, the younger CEO is a sophisticated thug himself!
    - If you know how to shift allegiances at the drop of a hat, this is the place to be at!
    - Company values is zero - It's a kirana shop and you are the delivery boy!
    - If you are not ready to give 11-12 hours per day on an average, you are going to suffer and be considered as an outsider!
    - Also, 11-12 hours per day must include being a sycophant!
    - If you have any sort of experience, join only as a department lead and nothing else! Anything else and you'd be a roach!
    - Your opinion will ONLY matter if they consider you anything except the ugly green plaster on their damned walls!
    - If you have already made the mistake of joining/are desperate, then GOD save you!

    Advice to Management

Most people are subjective. However, the level of subjectivity matters. The two CEOs, especially the older one, because he cares more about the company than the younger one, must weed out the bad elements and save the organisation from becoming the graveyard of talented individuals!

Fluid Growth, No Red Tape and Strict Hierarchy, Young Energetic People, Good Chai, Equal Opportunity Workplace - Complete Meritocracy.

    Advice to Management

We need better Coffee Machines still and a place to be quite and think. A Library or a Bean Bag room is not a bad idea.
