I have been working at Experis as a contractor (more than an year)

    Pros

The company is good with bringing new employees on. They are prompt when responding to queries. The compensation seems fair for the work that is required. My checks have always been deposited on time.

    Cons

The benefits offered are very expensive. There is little to no communication from them regarding job performance, reviews or progress reports. I have no idea where the company is actually located. I worked with 4 different people and they are all in different states.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Communicate more with your employees. Offer feedback. Maybe have information about other openings or other career options.

    I worked at Experis full-time

    Pros

Probably a great place to work if your focus is financial auditing or if you are looking for a quick project between companies.

    Cons

Office politics and infighting within the organization make it difficult to be successful at this organization as a salaried employee.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get you emotions out of day to day management.
