Current Employee – been working at Experis India full-time for more than a year

Pros – Nice people to work with.

Cons – They pay recruiters significantly lower than Account Managers on base and commission plan.

Advice to Senior Management – Account Managers and Recruiters form partnerships with each other and the client. You really should invest in both recruiters and account managers.
