One of the most professional staffing agencies I have done business with

    Former Employee - XML Architect
    Former Employee - XML Architect

I worked at Experis as a contractor

    Pros

The people are straight forward, friendly and responsive

The company has its brown organic matter together.

I work as an independent and:
    - they are willing to work on a corp to corp basis
    - on-boarding was a dream
    - they had no problem with direct deposit
    - paid promtly

    Cons

It really is hard to come up with something. I just wish they had more work in my speciality

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep doing what you are doing and remember it is the people you have that differentiates you

    Pros

Experis allows me flexibility in my schedule, they understand work-life balance and they compensate well for the market overall.

    Cons

As a Senior Recruiter I sell the skills of the talented professionals I collaborate with. Most roles at Experis are sales based in someway. If selling is not for you or if you are not driven to push constantly, I would avoid this company.

I worked at Experis as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

Very professional. Great benefits, timesheet tracking, on boarding presentation. Excellent ongoing support to help ensure quality delivers are consistent, although I brought my own M&A unique methodology that worked well for a large, multi-company merger. Super people.

    Cons

Need to provide better feedback and follow up when submitting to new clients. When someone invests the time to pursue professional opportunities you don't want to be left hanging wondering where the process stalled out.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You would get internal recommendations to help grow the business if you would just provide follow up and keep in touch more often.

I worked at Experis as a contractor

    Pros

When I experienced the failing of the "right to work" law, as an employer ended my contract with no notice or explanation just because they could when it suited them, Experis came got me paid to the end of the week! I have NEVER had any contracting company ACTUALLY treat me the way they said they would. It was VERY encouraging.

    Cons

I would recommend Experis to anyone.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

My interaction with Experis was positive even in a very negative situation. Keep up that ethic!
