    Pros

When I experienced the failing of the "right to work" law, as an employer ended my contract with no notice or explanation just because they could when it suited them, Experis came got me paid to the end of the week! I have NEVER had any contracting company ACTUALLY treat me the way they said they would. It was VERY encouraging.

    Cons

I would recommend Experis to anyone.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

My interaction with Experis was positive even in a very negative situation. Keep up that ethic!

They offer the normal benefits - medical, dental, Life insurance, Stock Purchase Plan etc. You are an employee, not a contractor.

Only 5 paid holidays after 6 months employment. Not much vacation offered. Insurance premiums rather costly.

    Pros

Recruiters work hard to find you a good fit.
Don't pressure you to take a position just to fill the spot. Great interview prep work and competitive pay.

    Cons

Health benefits are not great and no real vacation but they are a consulting firm. Unpaid holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving etc) unless you've been with them for over a year.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Offering paid holidays would be nice.
