    Pros

Recruiters work hard to find you a good fit.
Don't pressure you to take a position just to fill the spot. Great interview prep work and competitive pay.

    Cons

Health benefits are not great and no real vacation but they are a consulting firm. Unpaid holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving etc) unless you've been with them for over a year.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Offering paid holidays would be nice.

    Pros

One boarding was thorough with checklist and reminders. They are all very helpful at the beginning.

    Cons

Their timeslip entry program is one of the worst I've used. Since the onboarding was so wonderful I expected more out of this company in regards to touching base periodically. They failed.
Health Plan isn't any worse or better from other contracting companies. Sad really.
I'm rolling off a project and given the experience and reviews that I've had, I would have thought they would be doing everything to keep me with them. They have let me down.

    Pros

Sometimes one can find good, friendly, honest employees who has the passion to innovation and success.

    Cons

Senior executives tend to be replaced every few months. Management doesn't bind written and signed contracts.
100% failure in preserving the owners of companies acquired by Experis Israel (formerly known as MIT).
Sales Incentives are minimal and in most cases deprived.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

CEO should be replaced as he is looking for other challenges for so many years with no avail.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
