    Pros

Management team is helpful and energetic. Company pays well and is in a good industry. Facilities are nice and so is the environment

    Cons

HR was a over the top on political correctness. No common sense when dealing with employee issues. Almost a witch hunt mentality.

    Advice to Management

Let the Managers run their areas without HR being so over the top on issues that can be resolved without write ups and terminations.

    Pros

Great staff. You can go as far as you can if you put for the effort and have some patience.

    Cons

Some of the managerial staff can be difficult to work with but nothing you can not overcome if you are a strong individual.

    Advice to Management

Listen more to your employees. Be willing to try new things even if upper management may not agree.

    Pros

Non-management employees seemed down to earth and friendly. Pay was respectable considering industry and experience. Short time frame from interview to start date.

    Cons

Supervisors lacked team building skills, showed favoritism, talked unprofessionally to employees. Company too corporate and only cared about meeting numbers rather than seeing their employees as people who made their profitability possible.

    Advice to Management

Consider reducing quantity of managerial conference calls and invest the manager's time attending some developmental courses to teach them tools to relate to and properly manage their staff.

    Pros

They do very well in training you. The compesation is just ok but could be better. Overall it is a great place to work.

    Cons

Very stingy with promoting you. Had to go outside the company to receive a promotion

    Advice to Management

    Review the salary structure

    Pros

Pay and Benefits are very competitive.

    Cons

Absolutely NO job security! They push people to strive for advancement but do not spend hardly any money training them to advance. They promote individuals to leadership positions and then fire them at will. They do not support their first line supervisors at all. If you work for this company, DO NOT TAKE A MANAGEMENT POSITION or you'll be setting yourself up for failure.

    Advice to Management

Stop working off of the "Good Old Boy" network. Hire, support, and maintain people based on their abilities and not whether or not they are friends of yours. You should treat your management team and your hourly employees with the same respect. Mid and Upper level managers YOU are at fault for allowing this to take place. DO NOT LIE to the workforce commission about conditions of termination when you fire an employee!
