Pros – Overall most of the people are nice, provided you stay on their good side.

Cons – Very small company, leadership lacks the vision, R&D lacks the technical vision and it shows with what they sell. Day by day operation as money is tight. If you value your career do not waste time! Who know if they will be around next year. Meru Networks has the same channel blanket scenario and look at how well they are not doing.

Advice to Senior Management – Sell it, close it or burn it.
