    Pros

    Company values Safety of it's workforce a lot. Safety is priority over every other business objective. Good On The Job Training available to regular employees mostly, Compensation is good!

    Cons

    Appraisal System is quite subjective!

    Pros

    I worked here as an intern through my high school program. The people are friendly and they really take care of their employees.

    Cons

    The only con was having to leave when my internship ended! No hire opportunities that year.

    I worked at ExxonMobil full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    High safety standards, they do everything within their power to help everyone stay safe. Great pay with a lot of overtime. Coworkers and supervisors are mostly friendly, with a few exceptions. Excellent training for all crafts.

    Cons

    A lot of gossip and drama among employees. Some supervisors can be very immature and unprofessional but it was easy to ignore.

    -Great pay, very healthy work environment
    -Brilliant co-workers that inspired you to go beyond yourself
    -This company will be strong in the future as well as the present

    Cons

    Some people are very intelligent but a little geeky and tougher to socialize with. Most are extremely sociable though!

    I think upper management actually does a pretty great job

    Young people are given a lot of ownership and possibilities
    Good work life balance, almost never need to work overtime
    Amazing benefits for an intern, always have cakes, snacks, team lunches(Japanese buffet!) and outings
    Interesting project, a lot to be learned

    strict internal control processes
    has its fair share of red tape, but tolerable
