    Pros

This company is moving forward fast. I liked MOST of the people that I worked with. Of course, there is always diffic

    Cons

Bad management. Bad communication style. No support

    Advice to Management

When someone starts with the company you need to be involved with their day to days in the beginning. Don't leave new employees to fend for themselves, Get a new girl in HR the one you have is not honest.

    Pros

8 hours work day. Only thing that kept me there due to personal reasons.

    Cons

You will not learn anything new, if you're into progressing in technology. You will not get any training. You will not get a salary that matches your worth. You will get chased by "managers" who don't know anything but ask for everything.

    Advice to Management

Invest in your employees much more, they deserve it.

    Pros

Hard to find any pros. The only thing i can think of is that i should have convinient 8 hours a day job. but actualy a lot of production issues are after working time and also releases during the weekends.

    Cons

Very boring job - working for big clients with too many managers and unprofesional environment. When recruiting me Exzac actually lied by promising me to learn a lot and to code in Java, Javascript, DOT.NET - in fact was very little coding and not much to learn. Big clients might look good on your resume but actualy there are no opportunities to develop technical skills - if you like to write code forget about it. Employees get paid by their visa status and not by their effort and contribution. The CTO is an unpleasant to work with - has personalities issues and clash with everyone. The company take advantage of employees with bound visa and penalty fees for making them a green card - this is actually illigal ! As well Exzac threatend to sue a former employee for non-compete which is just rediculous ! Be ware of Exzac.

    Advice to Management

You'll harvest what you sow - too many people are leaving the company as soon as they have the opportunity (visa/green card). Your employees are your biggest assets if you'll treat them well they will stay.

    Advice to Management

Don't let rapid growth dilute the core of what makes Matrix-Exzac a special place.

    Pros

Work hours are very comfortable, salary is ok, but no bonus. nice people to work with

    Cons

the job is boring, rarely doing any development most of the time support clients with production issues \ small patch for problems. very old technology. if you are a tech guy this is not the place for you. Management recently changed - for the worse. i wish they would treat people better, too many have left the company because of that. You change your job every few month which is for me bad, some likes it. sometimes you get really boring projects and sometime you get some development which is ok. there is an issue with the new policy regarding vacation days you can't take vacation on future days so if you want to take vacation you have to earn those days before even if it's holidays. in general this is a service company - a support company so make sure it's understood before you decide to come on board

    Advice to Management

people and people experience is your asset, you should do everything to keep them in the company - too many people have left and that is a very bad sign.

    Cons

low salary, no bonuses, very boring job - hardly no code to develop here no potential to develop any skills no leadership since matrix bought the company is falling down

    Advice to Management

start treating people as assets don't lie to employees bring people with suitable skills think for long term instead of narrow short term
