I have been working at F.J. Sciame full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Unique and challenging projects with lots of responsibility. This is a very hard working company top to bottom.

    Cons

Uncontrolled growth, lack of experience, out of touch leadership. Under staffing and lack of experience lead to excessive workloads for all employees.

    Pros

Someone once told me that the word on the rumor mill is that Sciame people work hard. I wouldn't disavow anyone of this notion.

    Cons

Whatever the cons of working hard may be, depending on how flexible your after-hour schedule may be.
