Pros – AWESOME CUSTOMERS!!!!!!
Great teller staff.
Great Operations consultant.
Had potential to make incentive.
Cons – Branch Managers lazy.
expensive insurance benefits.
Doesn't pay much for what you do.
Need more training opportunities.
Advice to Senior Management – Train your branch managers to take ownership of their own mistakes. They need to stop sitting behind their desk letting the tellers and CSS's hand them everything. They should work for their sales just as much as the teller's and CSS's work for their referrals.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
