Pros

One of the best things about working at FARA is the other people I get to work with. They are very competent, nice, happy, and willing to go out of their way to do it right and service our clients. The working environment is pleasant and it even though it becomes challenging at times, there is a good balance between the office and the family.

Cons

I wish they paid for or contributed towards gym membership or daycare. I heard some companies are doing this for their employees.

Pros

Friendly atmosphere to work in. Very modern and clean facilities. All levels of management are very professional, fair and personable. The company pays for employee parties several times a year, and has family oriented events as well. It has been the best place I have ever worked.

Cons

Nothing. Sometimes it is hard to find a parking spot close to the building and you have to walk a little. They have way too many birthday, anniversary and farewell parties (too much cake makes me fat).

Advice to Senior Management

Keep up the good work. Visit downstairs more often.
