    I worked at FCB (more than a year)

    Pros

    Cool office space and amenities (except the gym), some good talented people (but some not so much), decent vacation/time off policy

    Cons

    Egos, understaffed, underpaid, unmotivated, poor communication, poor leadership, lack of mentorship, lack of innovation, poor office location and old building with maintenance issues, no health and wellness allowance and poor work life balance

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Better communication and feedback mechanism, better resource planning, encourage and enable innovation, do more due diligence when hiring

    Friendly staff
    Supportive upper management
    Strong leadership development

    Cons

    Long hours/ Poor work/life balance
    Low pay
    We weren't pushing to produce award winning work
    Deadlines too tight
    Creative dept severely understaffed

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    HIRE PEOPLE PLEASE! Too many talented people left because they were being asked to kill it and bill it. More intermediate creative and account roles would help fill the gap between juniors and upper management.

    Connected agency. Global reach. Some really smart people in Chicago and Germany (CRM)

    Cons

    Print "old school" people trying to be "digital" - and given a strong voice by old school leaders.

    Hire smart digital people. Respect the people who put in the hours.
