Poor management. Disjointed communication paths. Management rarely if ever offers words of praise and encouragement.

Good benifit! Good personal life. A bit higher salary than average if compare with similar position. Blind management to give employee more space for the parts that not clearly specified in any guideline or regulations. 'Slow reaction' is bad for company but good for employee...!!

Cons

Poor management. No future plan or any future business view. Poor investment for manpower and new tech. research. The communication between lower level and top level is obvious having a HUGE gap. The voice of lower level can not/never reach to the top management. Management does not give any future view or plan for coming new opportunities or especially tech.

Advice to Senior Management

Please listen to little people's point of view in terms of either business points or tech.
