“It's a really beautiful and lovable company to work for”
Current Employee – been working at FCRS
Pros – Great benefits, Good Starting Pay, Great Co-Workers, Great clients to care for.
Cons – Your schedule depends on the clients schedule to if they need to change your schedule and have you work two hours earlier that usual you just have to go along with it. Sometimes it's temporary sometimes permanent.
Advice to Senior Management – Get rid of the Unoin.
