    Pros

Great benefits, good atmospere, awesome office space.

    Cons

Raises, even inflation raises are rare. Obviously this is more the case when times are tough for the company.

    Advice to Management

Employees seem to be rewarded strictly based on seniority. It would be nice to see performance based raises, and incentives.

    Pros

Good people, great company, Good pay, insurance.

    Cons

Changes in management. Too many chief!

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees, include them in the company, where we are, where we are going, how we are doing.

    Pros

Lots of leeway to do new things, no one is watching over your shoulder. Freedom in working hours! Management is very laid back, and they seem to invest a lot in the firm. They have fun company parties and the firm is pretty tight knit.

    Cons

If you are a viz artist, you may not like this industry. Its not as exciting as movies or games. Architects are also a different breed and sometimes shun artistic flairs. If you have worked in this industry you will understand. But, if you are coming from a different background, it will be a little depressing for you I imagine. This however, would be an industry-wide concern and not the company. FFKR is a great place to work.

    Advice to Management

Upper management is all great. They all are invested in the firm's success, and are willing to chat and work with you.

    Pros

    Great people, mostly. Creative environment.

    Cons

Architecture and construction, in most areas, is comatose right now if not dead.

    Advice to Management

Branch out to acquire work in more building types.

    Pros

Probably the best reasons to work at FFKR Architects include the salary and compensation package and the opportunity to work on large projects.

    Cons

Lack of regular, consistent feedback to the employees left one uncertain of where they stood and their job performance from management's perspective.

    Advice to Management

Feedback needs to be given on a more regular basis to employees. Lack of future projects leaves employees looking for their next employers which works against building a good team.
