    This company loots the innocent 'Below poverty line' people all over the India in the name of 'Financial Inclusion'. Two rounds of Lay off done till now and all the Management trainees from Top notch B-Schools(IIMs, XLRI, XIMB, MDI etc) have been laid off without any reasons along with most of the senior VPs in the organization. MTs were made to work in pathetic conditions for 1 year and sacked by simply calling them on a single day. No HR policies are prevailing and HR people are just bunch of crooks whose KRA is to just onboard employees and then call them to lay off. Sit at home rather than joining this company, in case you join you will regret your decision like me. And one last point this company is blacklisted in my college from this year onward.

    Just do not hire talented employees if you can not handle due to your fund issues as you are just spoiling their career and their aspirations. And shut the shop rather than going for unethical practices in MNREGS/SSP/RSBY schemes.

    Pros

    Leader in the space where it works. Has an extensive rural channel . Partnerships with multiple banks, MFIs and companies

    Cons

    Terrible HR practises. The manner in which the HR team works borders on the incompetent!. I dont understand how they can so visibly see that people are dissatisfied by the kind of HR policies and manner of operations and still continue the way they are. people from low rungs in other companies have been taken and made as senior management in HR here. they are destroying the company by creating employee dissatisfaction. too many layoffs!. two rounds of layoffs already complete. with outlook being bad in near future more layoffs can be expected. Do not join. You will be jobless soon!

    Revise HR team, practises and policies. Employees are very dissatisfied. Promotions and appraisals are happening ad hoc and people who do good work are being left behind just because their bosses have no time to suggest their names!. without good people the company wont survive. Those who are lasting also are doign time pass and work for show. they are not committed!

    Pros

    if you get a corporate profile and that too you will be losing job in a month or so. Rest whole management is pathetic to work. - not a place to work

    Cons

    Promotions and appraisals are worst in the entire industry only top management gets paid nicely.
    Being on field is the worst you can do in this firm.
    the company hires management trainees from elite colleges without any planning or a profile for them and then lays them off.
    whole management is a bunch of lazy people with no vision or mission outlook for the firm.
    at current pace survival is very difficult and actually the people working are being paid in peanuts and on top of it they expect them to work consistently

    please get your hr policies straight and employee friendly as you will loose on the long term if the employees dissatisfaction level would lead to more lazy people.

    The only BC who is managing to survive. Will soon shut shop!..two rounds of layoffs already done. Management trainees who were hired from elite business schools have been laid off. Do not join

    Terrible HR. Promotions and appraisals are basis how much of your bosses favourite you are. No processes No values nothing! Pathetic work experience. Huge numbers of people are leaving. They are finding it difficult to move elsewhere because of the company's bad reputation in the banking sector.

    fire the entire HR team. a bunch of incompetent buffoons! right from the top. looks like the company has scraped the bottom of the ladder when it comes to HR courses in colleges and hired people from there. No HRM at all!...terrible. all HR does is organize random events to show management they work while they do nothing at all!..useless people!

    Pros

    You can get paid absurd salaries for doing nothing, particularly if you are one of the top management or one of the select few who brown nose their way into power

    Cons

    If you are field staff your life and work is worth nothing, top management is clueless and has no strategy, non existent training, promotions are based on sycophancy, garbage products

    Get your head out of your behinds and actually come up with a plan instead of looting the company's dwindling finances and laying off innocent people to cover for your foolish mistakes.

    Is there any? Reallymmm.. After thinking I could come up with this..This company, FINO Paytech is not worth working for specially people who think themselves as competent should not ever think of joining this organization.

    Cons

    Recently lay off took place, large number of management trainees picked from good MBA institutes were asked to leave, and I am one of them. They make you to do below par jobs that you can not even write in your resume. A totally disgraceful organization with no value or culture.

    You all are a bunch of idiots, you don't deserve good people in your organization.

    Pros

    Friendly atmosphere. Nice people to work with (can't say if it is true anymore). Good work life balance.

    Cons

    The company lacks vision. HR department is more like a puppet in the hands of upper management. Totally directionless.The current management thinks it can survive with mediocre talent so it makes no attempt to retain the talented lot. Learning was quite good initially but can't say if it is going to be the same in future. The culture of the company has dwindled.

    Respect talent. Make some strong policies. Show confidence in employees.
