    Pros

interesting challenges to revive the forest economy new applications and innovations in the pipe line great potential sector of activities

    Cons

lack of alignement, too many leaders with no real mid or long term vision traditional pulp and paper, forest or wood specialists who cannot embrace the new economy good scientist (often promoted as managers) are not trained to manage lack of information and guidance

    Advice to Management

stop considering that a scientist will make a good manager stop working in silo (duplication, lack of efficiency, missed opportunities) remove some managerial positions and reduce overhead
