Current Employee – been working at FREIJE Treatment Systems

Pros – -Positive 'Servant Leadership' management style
-Managers provide weekly coaching always geared toward growing sales staff to maximum level of performance
-Ample training and ongoing development of sales staff
-innovative products geared toward helping people and staying environmentally sustainable
-Unlimited income potential (commission has no cap)

Cons – -Office type environment
-Same ambient music always playing in the sales floor (not loud enough to be a distraction, but the same songs over and over again)
-Lead distribution is based on closing % (no sales = less leads) which makes sense from the business stance, but makes it a little more difficult to get out of 'slumps'

Advice to Senior Management – Great job with everything so far. Positive feedback is always appreciated. Be sure to giveinterviewing employees a very realistic overview of the compensation package and not to let 'order takers' or 'customer service' people give themselves pie in the sky expectations. This IS a SALES job. Not just filling incoming orders, so some SALES will hace to be made (more for the sales staff than the management, but it's still good advice, take it or leave it.)

Pros – Cant think of a thing

Cons – Management is family run and has no clue. They collect their salaries and dont care about employees. I worked there for 2 years and hated everyday. The owner Bill Freije is viewed as a nice man but in reality he lets his kids run the company into the ground with no personal care or thought of employees.

Advice to Senior Management – Fire horrible management which is family and build a good company...Your going broke the system isnt working and mis management has finally caught up to you.

Pros – Good environment outside of doing the job. Great co-workers. On site gym. Pretty easy going. variable work schedule which is nice

Cons – unrealistic expectations. They expect you to make unrealistic sales with no ability to grow if they arent getting calls. A lot of people lie to get sales and no consequences.

Advice to Senior Management – break out from the conservative world for advertisement. come up with more consistent training and dont change things every month.

Pros – Nice fellow employees.
Environment is clean and pleasant.
A few trying to make a difference.
Gym.

Cons – Family business which could be Ok, but they have blinders on. The rules change every week as another reviewer said. Management has an arrogant attitude, and takes zero suggestions. Opinions or suggestions are not allowed, and are best kept to yourself. Changed how they went to market, and is leading to the Companies downfall. Looks like they have changed it again, and now looking for door to door salespeople!

Advice to Senior Management – Have some humility! When you put family in charge and believe they can do no wrong, and the company goes down the tubes, you might want to think about making a change. Take advice from some of your employees, they have worked in other places and might have something worth listening to.
