    Pros

    small firm, easy to get familiar with every job task, employees are generally friendly.

    Cons

    lower pay, not very flexiable working hours cause you have to punch in and out.

    Pros

    Good commission when sales are made
    Friendly Environment between management and employees
    Decent enough work/life balance program
    Okay training program

    Cons

    Although training provides you with product knowledge it is unpaid. It's stated as paid training in the beginning but you're not actually paid for the time that you are in the office. From the beginning management misleads reps to believe that the people that we are going to see are interested in the product but they are contacted via other methods to get reps into the home. There is no base salary. $3100/month if you run 64 appointments in that month...they guarantee that but you will never hit that mark! You must have a decent amount of money to get started, and there is a chance that you will make nothing. Also a 1099 "employee" which could either be a good or bad thing depending on how you look at it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Be truthful with applicants and trainees from the beginning so that they are aware what they are getting into. You may not hire as many people but you will get people who desire to be in that type of position rather than people figuring it out later and then leaving. Price points on products are way off and need to be dropped as well to make the company more successful.
