I worked at Face 2 Face Sales Solutions full-time for more than a year
Pros – Great opportunity to make money, great location in midtown manhattan. Nataljia is wonderful. a few interesting people to work with.
Cons – As stated before great opportunity to make money, however, poor management will not allow that. Atmosphere is dull and boring. Morning meetings are redundant. Needs better lead system.
Advice to Senior Management – Get someone to help Natajlia

Pros – you get to be out in the field and be your own boss
Cons – if you make sales they will be cancelled by ghosts and phantoms. you will have no autonomy in an outside sales job and no money to support the job or yourself. stay far.
Advice to Senior Management – be truthful and stop telling lies.

Pros – Unlimited Income potential. Room for growth. Promotions are from within company
Cons – NO salary after a certain time frame.
Advice to Senior Management – Salary for field Reps & Commission.

I worked at Face 2 Face Sales Solutions as a contractor for less than a year
Pros – Easy to get the job, short process and always hiring. Some nice people working there but not all of them. Traveling teams are positive if in the right locations
Cons – It is hard to summarize the many negative sides but one is the salary, another is that their internal solutions are laughable and they have very little control of their salesmen. They tell employees to lie to get sales indirectly and I was repeatedly told to do this in my second stint at this company. Their contracts with clients are ever changing, so if you get into a groove of selling it will not last as they will change u who you can sell to or not within days. Which are 12 hours long at times and are against Norwegian employment law. This is a company that I see as unserious even though it is very large. I advice you against working here as they will not pay you well and they will not respect you as a salesman either. I would rather work at any other sales company than here.
Advice to Senior Management – A complete reworking of the system and a more steady contract with those you sell for. Change everything before the governement wises up and shuts you down.
