    Faegre & Benson

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Minneapolis, MN

ProsGood work environment with lots of minor perks, free lunches often, free coffee, hot cocoa, tea. Management is willing to work with you as a person and not as a cog in a wheel. Lots of opportunities to learn and a financially conservative upper management that keeps the firm viable during times of stress.

ConsSince it is primarily a law firm, processes on the business side can lag behind those at other corporate companies. Often the firm will derail projects to support a personal request from a senior partner.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep adopting best practices and weigh carefully the costs and opportunities of projects being supported.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
