    Pros

    The company really seems to care about their employee engagement and happiness. They attempt to get a collection of reviews throughout the year in order to make the workplace the best it can be. Benefits are good as well.

    Promotions are mostly based on seniority rather than performance.

    Culture

    They care about you and your goals
    The General Manager at my property is a true leader and mentor
    Great benefits!

    Cons

    Work holidays and weekends
    Labor intensive
    Planning your weekend is difficult since schedule is sent out on a Wednesday.
    Not all requests or preferred days off are granted.

    good salaries
    management teams are so nice

    Cons

    i was working in Banff... you cannot even think of taking vacation on December ( christmas time and new years are crazy busy) and ,,,even summer time ( july and august are reallllly busy too )
    most people have to work really hard on those summer time or holidays

    some of management team are really conservative. try to open your mind and share your thinking with others
