    Pros

Fantastic company, really easy to progress your career with Fairmont - you need to perform in order to do so though, it's not a given. If you are open to relocating with the USA/Canada or internationally there is much assistance and support at management level.

    Cons

Fairmont is a management company, each hotel is different based on the GM, Executive Team and ultimately owners.
