I worked at Falabella full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Good benefits. Retail discount. Really big company, industry leader. Good chance for learning on area.

    Cons

Horrible organization. Poor feedback. Extra load work with no extra payment. Low salaries. Unfulfilled career promises.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I had the opportunity to learn a lot of the industry, but that didn't justify low salary, unfulfilled career promises, stressful environment, extra load of work with no extra payment. I think that you have let valuable people go.

    I worked at Falabella

    Pros

It's a fun and challenging company, each day is diferent from the previous one. Good opportunities for growth within the company if you work hard. The place is full of smart and interesting people and there's a great working enviorenment.
There are excellent benefits (store discounts!) and a good salary compaired to other similar company.

    Cons

Long working hours in peak season, the management should plan better to prevent such big variations in the work load during the year.
There is not enough formal training given to workers.
The offices are not very nice and the location is not covinient for most employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay more attention to the training given to employees.
